MEMBERSHIP includes: Up to 12 Pilates classes per month
- Priority Waitlist
- Priority scheduling
- Unused credits do not rollover
- Class cancellations require a minimum of 12 hours ' advance notice. Late cancellations will incur a $10.00 fee.
Membership is for a minimum of 3 months and requires 30 days' written notice to cancel after the initial 3 months.
To cancel, please submit a written notice of intent to withdraw at least 30 days before the expiration date you want your membership to end.
The contract can be paused 1 time per year for up to 60 days.
AWFH reserves the right to cancel a class due to client and/or staff availability, inclement weather, or other interruptions. Alternate class options will be offered when possible. A client may also pay an upgrade fee to retain the class time as a private class, provided a staff member is available to cover the session.
All sales are final, and this agreement is strictly enforced—no Refunds.
