My interest in health and fitness began when I first started spending time in the gym, and over the years it grew into a true passion. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education along with a Certificate in Nutrition, which deepened my understanding of movement and wellness. I later became an ACSM certified personal trainer and worked in both fitness and physical therapy settings, where I developed a strong interest in corrective exercise and rehabilitation.
Pilates became a natural extension of that work. I now blend Pilates and personal training to support clients in building strength, improving mobility, and preventing injury. I run my own mobile personal training business, working one on one with clients, and also teach Pilates at All Is Well Pilates Studio. I love having the flexibility to do both and helping people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies
