The Pilates Intermediate level class includes a repertoire of exercises designed to build on the foundational skills learned in the Essential level. It focuses on more complex movements that enhance strength, flexibility, and stability while maintaining proper alignment and core engagement. 

**Please do not sign up for this class unless you have earned the INTERMEDIATE LEVEL designation.** You will be asked to find another class, appropriate for your current experience level. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Clients at this level have earned the opportunity to participate in this class.
